High EP Tapping Lubricant

SURTEC CG-815 is a formulated straight oil tapping lubricant with high EP (extreme pressure) properties. It is suitable for a wide range of tapping operations and very effective for large diameter taps on ferrous (tool steel) and non-ferrous metals. Its polar and EP additives prevent galling and chip welding for superior tool life and finish and is easily washable.

Chlorinated Soluble EP Lubricant

SURTEC DC-97 is a water emulsifiable multi purpose metal working lubricant with EP (extreme pressure) properties. It is suitable for both progressive die and multistage transfer presses and metal removal operations. The high polarity of the SURTEC DC-97 will allow it to adhere to the metal surface tenaciously so that the film is carried throughout the operation.

Heavy Duty Drawing/Stamping Lubricant

Developed as a lubricant for a variety of metalworking operations requiring high pressure lubricating ability. Typical applications include stamping, punching, drawing, and machining ferrous and nonferrous metals. It is especially effective on drawing stainless steel.

Surtec DS-220

Evaporative Drawing & Stamping Lubricant

SURTEC DS-220 is a solvent-based evaporating lubricant designed for drawing, stamping and blanking light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous
alloys. It is especially effective for pre-coated stock.

SURTEC DS-220 is sulfur-free and contains no harmful organic compounds. It is odorless and safe
to use and because it evaporates, it can eliminate cleaning steps. The very low viscosity of SURTEC DS-220 allows minimal carry-off on parts.
