SO CLEAN Non-chrome seal rinse is a water-soluble corrosion preventative designed for use on phosphated and bare steel, as well as non-ferrous metals. It eliminates hexavalent and trivalent chromium from final seal chemicals to simplify waste disposal, thereby allowing less expensive waste treatment facilities. This non-foam product provides in-plant protection for up to 30 days. The anti-oxidation barrier deposited does not interfere with painting, welding, gauging or other procedures.
So Clean RP 300
So Clean RP 300 is a semi-synthetic penetration oil rust preventative. It provides a dry-to-touch, non-tacky film.
So Clean RP 300 provides excellent corrosion protection over bare steel. An aqueous emulsion gives excellent stability at low concentrations (2% v/v) and higher temperatures (160oF) in soft and hard water conditions.
Safety Film 639 w/Dye
Safety Film 639 w/Dye is a water-based, wax emulsion with outstanding adhesion and
durability on various substrates.
It dries in about 15 minutes to a satiny film without losing its wax characteristics or lubricity. It can be used over lightly oiled surfaces and will dry to a tack-free surface.
Safety Film 639 w/Dye is a temporary protective coating to help prevent corrosion during storage and shipment of parts.
Safety Film 639 w/Dye is recommended for metal surfaces, i.e. aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, galvanized, and plated metals, where a waxy coating can be employed to give effective exterior or interior rust protection. Safety Film 639 w/Dye can be used to coat lightly oiled metal surfaces. A sample part should be tested to determine adhesion and film-forming properties when applying over lightly oiled or unclaimed surfaces. Since there are various types of oils, we recommend such a pretest for compatibility.

So Clean RP-5001 is an extremely versatile material for use in many industries and possesses many useful properties in countless applications.
Wherever water is used in contact with steel, So Clean RP-5001 can be used. Where water is considered harmful, it can be made safe, rust proof and useful. So Clean RP-5001 is a protective material recommended for use on iron, steel, and electroplated coatings such as cadmium, zinc, tin, nickel, or chrome.
So Clean RP-5001 is a concentrated, light yellow-to-amber colored solution that you add to water in recommended proportions. The resulting solution will passivate steel surfaces due to the presence of selected oxidizing ions and non-ionic surfactants. Parts dipped in a So Clean RP-5001 solution will, after drying, be protected or inhibited against corrosion. A few examples where such a dip is required is in the final rinse after plating, cleaning, pickling, phosphating, black oxidizing, tumbling, vapor blasting, wet grinding, heat treating or general machine shop use between operations.

So Clean 5510 is a water conditioner and rust preventative compound with some cleaning ability intended for use as a final dip or spray.
It will minimize build up of hard water salts; prevent rusting of active clean steel, even when packed wet. It contains a biocide to prevent bacteria growth.
So Clean 5510 is a water conditioner that will complex hard water salts and help to reduce build up in the tank. So Clean 5510 will not affect waste treatment or subsequent finishing operations. The film is an oxygen scavenger, thus keeping the iron from forming the iron oxide rust. The film will rinse off easily in any cleaner, is non-oil, and is compatible with all subsequent finishing operations and most water-soluble paint applications.

So Clean RP 200 is a water-based rust preventative compound intended for use as a final dip or spray.
It will prevent rusting of active clean steel, even when packed wet. It contains a biocide to prevent bacteria growth.
